Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Plannivelle Campus Sync is a browser-based student planning tool. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the planner and its optional Google Calendar connection.
Information you enter
Assignments, focus-session history, student name, course names, and personalization settings are stored locally in your browser on the device you use.
Google Calendar access
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Campus Sync requests permission to read upcoming events from your primary Google Calendar. This access is used only to display upcoming events inside Campus Sync. Campus Sync does not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Campus Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Authentication and tokens
Google sign-in is handled through Google OAuth and Supabase authentication. Access credentials are used only to provide the requested Google Calendar connection.
Local storage and backups
Planner content stored in your browser may be removed if you clear browser data, use private/incognito browsing, or change devices. Campus Sync includes backup tools for your planner information.
Data sharing
Plannivelle does not sell personal information or Google Calendar data. Necessary service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, and Google for OAuth and Calendar services.
Data deletion and controls
You can remove locally stored planner data by clearing browser storage and disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Campus Sync or your Google Account permissions.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
